Tuesdays • 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
This group will help people learn new ways for navigating the fear, guilt or anxiety that can be associated with the death of a loved one or significant loss. This is an opportunity for people to receive the support they need by openly sharing their grief journey or by being present and listening. There is no expectation for sharing but support is available for all.
If you could use help dealing with your grief or managing a loss, please join us. You are not alone!
