FAQ
• When and where do Connect Groups meet?
Your group gets to decide when and where is best to meet. Some groups will meet in homes, coffee shops or a local park. Wherever you meet, we hope it will give you an opportunity to invite someone outside of our church to come learn more about Jesus, maybe for the first time.
• How long are groups together?
That depends on the group. Some groups are together for a year and others may choose to stay together for longer.
• Do the groups take breaks?
Again, this is up to your individual group. Sometimes summer and holidays are too busy to make everyone's schedules line up, so some groups may take a break then.
• What will groups study?
Most of the time groups will get to choose their own study material, whether that be a Bible study book, RightNow Media series or something else. At some times of the year we may provide study material for the groups to all be studying the same things.
• What about my kids?
Each group can decide how much or how little to include their kids in group. We do think groups are a great place for kids to see their parents taking their faith into action and being able to learn from their example.
• What if I have more questions?
You can get in touch with our Family Minister, Daniel Palk.
