We want to facilitate an opportunity for people to receive the support they need by openly sharing their grief journey or by being present and listening. There is no expectation for sharing but support is available for all.
Our groups help people learn new ways to navigate the fear, guilt or anxiety that can be associated with the death of a loved one or significant loss.
